Cummins rules out major changes, Starc likely to play second Test

Australia captain Pat Cummins has ruled out major changes in the playing eleven after the first Test debacle in Nagpur, while disclosing that Mitchell Starc is likely to be available for the second Test against India. The second match of the four-Test series will be played in Delhi from February 17.
